self-drive Van hire

All our vans are regularly serviced and are covered by 24 hour breakdown recovery. We can also provide drivers for an added cost.

Requirements :

Drivers must be over 25 years of age and have held a license for at least two years. Sometimes exceptions can be made for younger drivers but we must contact our insurers first.
To confirm a booking a deposit of 10% of the total hire fee must be paid (minimum of a days hire).
The total hire fee must be paid and cleared by BACS or paid by card before the start of the hire, this is required by our insurers and is non-negotiable. Cash is not accepted.
A valid driving license (card and license code) must be provided before the start of the hire, also a valid ID for the principal hirer.
Excess is £750 for any damage caused to the vehicle and must be covered by a valid credit card before the start of the hire in case of an accident. The card will not be charged unless an event occurs.
